6BC COMEDY COMPETITION IS BACK!
To all comics,
Thank you for your interest in our competition. There was a lot of demand for spots when we first put on this competition last year. This time around we will be using a submission process to select the best up and coming comics around. All comics who submit for this competition will automatically receive the following benefits:
- Complimentary ticket to the Liberty Science Center's After Dark event on April 10th 2025($25 value)
- Your name will be added to the After Dark comedy show's "bucket" where you'll have another chance to get chosen to perform on stage.
- Complimentary ticket to the After Dark comedy show's raffle where you’ll have a chance of winning $100 cash
- Lastly, the possibility to get chosen to compete in this competition and win spots and cash prizes!
6B.C. COMEDY COMPETITION
5 minute sets
each set is scored by a panel of comics
final 3 comics determined by top scores: 1st, 2nd, 3rd
final 3 comics perform 1 additional minute each
panel of comics determines winner of
Round 1: 3rd place vs 2nd place
Final round: Round 1 winner vs 1st place
Winner gets a 5 min spot at the Liberty Science Center’s After Dark comedy show and $100 cash.

How to get here
Park at the rear of the building(See yellow dots below)
Facing the rear of the building, there will be a glass door on the left side(next to the loading docks). The yellow arrow below is pointing to this door:
- Go through this glass door and take one flight of stairs(towards your left) up to the second floor.
Walk down the hallway and make a left, then make the first right. The studio will be on the right side of the hallway
